Founder and principal of Amdur Coaching and Advisory Group, LLC, Eli is Adjunct Professor of two graduate leadership courses, and was honored as "Faculty Member of the Year" for the 2006-2007 academic year. He has also served in two capacities, Senior Executive Fellow and Executive In Residence, in the Center for Healthcare Management Studies; served as Faculty Adviser for United Nations Programsin FDU's Office of Global Education; and co-founded The Institute for Life Sciences Leadership with Dr. Don Zimmerman. Eli's many years of extensive research on creativity is the underpinning of his corporate advisory practice with its focus on creative leadership. As a career coach he works with individuals on a full range of career issues, and has been writing the weekly "Career Coach" columnin major regional newspapers since 2003. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for theCooperative
Education and Career Development
Center at Bergen Community
College.

served leading corporate clients in such fields as telecommunication,
foods, and consumer products. His body of work, which included proprietary
content management systems and collaborative work systems to enable virtual
communities of practice, won him international recognition as a past winner
of the Dialog InfoStar Award.
Cathleen Cooke, MS

Cathleen has an MS in Integrated Marketing Communications
and is well-seasoned in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Having recently returned from assignment in the UK, she is now Managing
Director at Human Synergistics International, working with internal and
external Organizational Design professionals, professors, trainers, and
consultants to
design programs that enhance the effectiveness of individuals, leaders,
teams,
and organizations. Cathleen has served as a guest
presenter for Webster College
and for HR heads from the Architecture/Engineering industry in Chicago.
Cathleen is also a yogi, tennis player, runner,
organic food supporter, and volunteer for Heifer International.

Lindsey is Adjunct Professor of "Women as Entrepreneurs" at Fairleigh Dickinson University and the founder of Women Throughout
Time, an entrepreneurial venture which furthers the teaching of women's current and historical
topics. In her role with Women Throughout Time, she guest lectures to and conducts workshops for schools, historical societies, and community organizations. She is currently building programs for the corporate audience. Lindsey received her BA in English and History from the University of Virginia and her MBA in Entrepreneurial
Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Juanita is a well-respected and oft-quoted veteran career counselor and
advisor. Her extensive experience in both the private and nonprofit
sectors gives her a unique
perspective on a wide range of career development issues and challenges. She is on staff as a Job Search Counselor with the Women's
Rights Information Center in Englewood, NJ, and leads workshops and seminars for job seekers at all levels and stages of their careers.

Zimmerman, PhD
Associate Professor, University of Sciences in Philadelphia
Don is Associate Professor and Director of the MBA Online
Program in the Mayes College of Healthcare Business and Policy at the
University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. He is also an active
consultant on policy, strategy, and organizational development issues.
Previously, he was Executive Director of the Center for
Healthcare Management Studies at Fairleigh
Dickinson University, and created the Global Health Education Initiative with
the United Nations. He has held leadership and consulting positions at Research
Triangle Institute International, the Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment
Council, KPMG, and the National Health Policy Forum. He was Visiting Associate
Professor at Cornell University,
Senior Aide to the Chair of the National Committee of Vital and Health
Statistics, consultant to the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, and
worked closely with the CDC, FDA, Office of the Surgeon General, HRSA, and CMS. Don received his doctoral training in Sociology from Stony
Brook University.
