Amdur is keynote speaker and facilitator in Israel

Petach Tikvah, Israel - (January 22, 2009) - Eli Amdur, Senior Coach and Advisor of Amdur Coaching and Advisory Group, LLC, just concluded a four-day engagement as keynote speaker and conference facilitator for the newly-reorganized Global Sales and Marketing team of Teva Pharmaceuticals, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) division.

Teva, the world's leading manufacturer of API and generic drugs has re-aligned its global sales and marketing organization under the leadership of George Svokos, previously head off their North American marketing arm, Plantex USA, Inc.

The theme of this 2009 conference, attended by all Teva API representatives from five continents, was "Leading the Way." Along with product training and market overviews, each day of the conference focused on a different level of leadership: global, organizational, and personal - with the final day weaving the three together.

"Working with a world leader like Teva," said Amdur, "is not only a great privilege, it is also an opportunity to explore the farther reaches of leadership."

Amdur teaches two graduate leadership courses at Fairleigh Dickinson University. In the MBA program, he teaches Executive Communication and Leadersip. In the MAS program, he teaches Creativity, Change, and the 21st Century Leader, a course he conceived, designed, and developed.

He also conducts leadership workshops and seminars, and is available as a speaker and lecturer.

Amdur to speak to seniors at Ramapo College: "I have a job, now what?"

Mahwah, NJ - (April 8, 2008) - Eli Amdur  will talk to seniors at Ramapo College about what to expect in the workplace. "Now that you have your first job lined up (hopefully), what's it going to be like? In fact, what's you career and your whole life going to be like"

"These are questions," according to Amdur, "that college students typically don't think about." But the reality of your worklife is that these things matter - things like corporate culture, work-life balance, generational differences in the office, your place not just in business but as a part of a global society, and so on.

Amdur's appearance is part of Ramapo's "Spring 08 Transitions" program designed to ease the process of going from college to the "real world."

"It's always a dramatic change," says Amdur, a career coach, national columnist, corporate consultant, and graduate adjunct professor. "But it doesn't have to be a shock. Congratulations to Ramapo College for getting it and for doing this for their soon-to-be-graduates."
