Return policy for books

You may return a book if you are not satisfied.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must exist:

1. Call 201-357-5844 for Return Authorization.
2. Return must be made within 14 days of your receipt of order.
3. Book must be returned in original condition. Determination of condition is at our discretion. You are responsible for packaging it for return so that it arrives in acceptable condition.
4. You are responsible for return shipping.

6. Your original receipt/packing slip must be enclosed.
7. Refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
